About me
WHO I AM
I am a creative rationalist. I love analyzing topics and digging deep into potential challenges. Never losing sight of the overall aim. My structuredness and organizational skills help me to set priorities and to tackle the most important things first. My theoretical background has been build up during my studies (MSc, Strategic Marketing) in the Netherlands. As I began with my work I quickly discovered that I can bring my passion for creativity and graphic design into my daily work. Using visuals to communicate more effectively to clients and their customers helped me to achieve great results.
WHAT I'VE DONE
In the past years I consulted several companies - from multinationals to SMEs - on their marketing and innovation strategies. Thereby I focused on combining strategic frameworks with creative tools and customer insights. This, for me, is the most powerful approach to ensure the creation of an encompassing and original solution. It works twofold: customer needs are met and thus their willingness to engage with the company is fostered, ultimately leading to repeat customers and higher spenditure, resulting in a constant cash flow for the company. At the same time the company's resourcesare taken into account and it is ensured that the strategy is viable and unique to substantiate a leading market position.
WHAT I DO
Understanding customers and translating their needs into viable business strategies is my main passion. With the help of market research and Innovation tools, as well as mindset, I provide insightful and impactful strategic management advice to help organizations achieve further growth. Next to my consulting work, I hold presentations about Innovation & Design Thinking and teach my passion in form of workshops or University courses to a broad audience.
